The aim of this independent work and model Conservation and Management Measure (CMM), is to further support Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC) Members in their collective efforts to draft a dedicated CMM specific to Fisheries Observers, thereby reinforcing individual safety, security and well-being.
